Pryvee is a small, senior team of designers, engineers and marketers. We build sites and digital products, automate the workflows that run behind them, and grow the brands on top, from first concept to a business that scales. No templates, no filler: every project is built from the idea up.
This Privacy Policy explains how Pryvee ("Pryvee", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit pryvee.studio (the "Site") or get in touch with us. We provide creative and technology services to clients worldwide, including Brazil, the European Union and United Kingdom, the United States, the CIS region and beyond. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Pryvee is a creative tech studio and the party responsible for the personal data described in this Policy (the "controller"). For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].
Information you give us. When you reach out by email or messenger, we receive the details you choose to share — such as your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. As with most websites, our infrastructure records basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, referring links and timestamps. We use this for security, diagnostics and to keep the Site running reliably.
Cookies and analytics. The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. To understand how the Site is used, we rely on Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly tool that measures aggregate visit statistics (such as page views, referrers and approximate region) without cookies and without identifying you personally. Because no personal tracking identifiers are stored on your device, no cookie-consent banner is required.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the Site: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, media, security and privacy-friendly Web Analytics), which processes connection and technical data; and Google Fonts, which may serve typefaces to your browser. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own privacy terms. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
We use your information to respond to your enquiries and provide our services, to operate, secure and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations. Depending on your location, our legal bases include your request or our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and protecting the Site, your consent (where we ask for it), and compliance with applicable law.
Because we work with clients and providers around the world, your information may be stored or processed in countries other than your own — including the United States, the European Union and Brazil. These countries may have different data-protection rules; where required, we take appropriate steps to protect your data during such transfers.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, correspondence is kept while it remains relevant to our relationship — after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of any "sale" or sharing of personal information. These rights are provided under laws such as the LGPD (Brazil), the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California), among others. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority — in Brazil, the ANPD.
The Site and our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change, and material updates will be shown on this page.
